Chiricahua National Monument
To this day, I have not visited a park (national monument) more unique than Chiricahua. Its towering volcanic pillars (hoodoos) are unlike anything else I've ever seen and made our day of hiking here unforgettable. From the visitor centre a shuttle drives hikers up to Massai Point and from there a full day hike will take you back down to the Visitor Centre. At every turn in the trail the scenes are breathtaking.
