Grand Canyon

It's true: the Grand Canyon IS grand, on a scale almost too large for a human mind to appreciate. By November the north rim of the canyon was closed but there still great view and hiking possibilities from the south. Two days there was just enough to give us a taste for the place and a strong desire to return for an extended visit.
